I want every client to feel confident about working with me. Because I provide digital services (not physical products), refunds work as follows.
Free Offers First
The free SEO audit and 30-day free SEO trial exist so you can evaluate my work before spending anything. You are never charged for these.
Refund Terms
- Work not yet started: if you cancel before work on a paid engagement has begun, you receive a 100% refund.
- Work in progress: if you cancel mid-engagement, you receive a pro-rata refund for the portion of work not yet performed.
- Completed deliverables: work that has been delivered and approved (audits, campaigns built, pages designed, content published) is non-refundable.
- Monthly retainers: cancel any time before the next billing date — no future months are ever charged. The current month is refunded pro-rata if no work has been performed in it.
- Advertising spend: money paid directly to ad platforms (Google Ads, Meta) is charged by those platforms and is not refundable by me.
How to Request a Refund
Email contact@rabeelrana.com or message me on WhatsApp (+92 310 1432851) within 7 days of the payment or cancellation, with your invoice reference. Approved refunds are returned through the original payment method (Payoneer or bank transfer) within 7–10 business days.
Disputes
If you believe a deliverable does not match what was agreed, tell me within 7 days of delivery — I will first offer to correct the work, and if it still doesn't meet the agreed scope, I will refund the affected portion.
