Services & Scope
Every engagement begins with a written scope (email or WhatsApp is sufficient) describing deliverables, timeline and price. Work outside that scope is quoted separately before it begins. I may decline projects that involve illegal content, deceptive practices, or techniques that violate search-engine or ad-platform policies.
Payments
- Invoices are issued via Payoneer (international) or payable by bank transfer (Pakistan), per the Payments page.
- Unless agreed otherwise, projects require advance payment or an agreed split; monthly services are billed at the start of each month.
- Work may be paused on invoices more than 7 days overdue.
- Refunds are governed by the Return & Refund Policy.
No Ranking Guarantees
I use proven, white-hat methods, and I share real performance data — but no honest SEO provider can guarantee specific rankings or results, because search engines control their own algorithms. Anyone promising "#1 on Google" is misleading you. What I commit to is the agreed work, delivered competently, measured transparently.
Intellectual Property
- On full payment, deliverables created for you (content, designs, code, campaigns) become your property.
- Materials you provide (brand assets, content, account access) remain yours; you confirm you have the right to use them.
- I may reference non-confidential results in my portfolio unless you ask me not to.
Confidentiality
Business information and account credentials you share are kept strictly confidential and used only to deliver the agreed services.
Liability
Services are provided with professional skill and care. To the maximum extent permitted by law, my total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific service concerned. I am not liable for indirect losses, third-party platform decisions (e.g., algorithm updates, ad account policies), or outcomes caused by information or access not provided on time.
Termination
Either party may end an ongoing engagement with 7 days' written notice. You pay for work performed up to the end date; anything prepaid beyond it is refunded per the refund policy.
Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, with courts of Lahore having jurisdiction.
