Common Questions

Do I own the logo and brand files outright?
Yes, completely. Once the project is paid in full, all source files and the intellectual property transfer to you entirely. You can use, edit and license the files however you want — forever, with no ongoing fees to me.
How many logo concepts do I get?
Starter: 3 initial concepts, 1 refined direction. Executive: 3 concepts, 2 refined directions. Business: 3 concepts, unlimited refinements. The initial concepts are distinct strategic directions, not slight variations — so you're choosing between genuinely different approaches.
What format are the final files delivered in?
All plans include vector source files (AI/Illustrator, EPS, SVG) and high-resolution exports (PNG with transparent background in multiple sizes). This means your logo will look sharp at any size — from a favicon to a billboard. No blurry JPEGs.
Can you refresh an existing brand instead of starting from scratch?
Yes. Brand refresh projects follow the same plan tiers but start from your existing identity. I'll analyse what's worth keeping (recognition, brand equity) and what needs modernising, then evolve rather than erase your brand history.
Do you design ad creatives separately?
Ad creatives are included in the Business plan. For other plans, ad creative sets are available as add-ons. If you're running Google Ads or Meta Ads campaigns, having properly designed creatives aligned to your brand identity dramatically improves performance.
